Established in 2015 as Baldha Associates in the form of a Proprietorship, we have earned a solid reputation for delivering expert guidance across a wide spectrum of legal and regulatory requirements. In 2025, we transitioned to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) and rebranded as PINNOVATE COMPLIANCE & CERTIFICATION LLP to better reflect our growing capabilities and commitment to evolving in the regulatory landscape.

Nilesh Baldha is the visionary behind Pinnovate Compliance & Certification, bringing over 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, certifications, and quality assurance across various industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, IT, and environmental sectors. With a passion for building trust through transparency and standards, he founded Pinnovate Compliance & Certification with the mission to simplify and streamline the often complex landscape of national and international compliance requirements.
A certified expert in ISO standards, safety audits, and management systems, Nilesh Baldha has led numerous successful certification projects for both startups and large enterprises. His deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and industry-specific protocols ensures clients receive not only certification but also long-term value and operational improvement.
Prior to founding Pinnovate Compliance & Certification, Nilesh Baldha held leadership roles at Baldha associates, where he spearheaded multiple quality and compliance initiatives that resulted in measurable business growth.
